∎ FRAMED CANVAS WRAPS:
✔ Floating frames give art the illusion of canvas wrap floating inside the picture frame without touching it. Canvas is mounted in the frame using a proprietary combination of tension and adhesive. Frequently Asked Questions
Are these prints framed?
Canvas’ frames (canvas wraps) are 1.25” thick and come with hooks for instant hanging. In addition, they can be placed in the external decorative floating frames. For paper and canvas prints, the frames are not included, but prints are designed to fit into standard sized frames available in most popular stores. Metal prints do not require frames and are ready to hang.
Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, but you have limited time for this. The maximum safe limit is 24 hours.
Does the provided size relates to one print or a set of prints?
All the dimensions relate to a single print. For example, the set of 3 prints 24"x36" has a total width of 72" and a total height of 36".
What is the size of the prints shown on the pictures in the shop?
Most of the pictures are 24"x 36" prints or sets of 24"x 36" prints. Panoramic wall arts as seen on the pictures are one size only, i.e. 20"x 60".
What size do you recommend?
If you like the context in which you see my paintings, I usually recommend the size of 24"x36". Sets of three prints of this size look great over the sofas and headboards of the beds.
How fast will I get my prints?
I automatically place an order in the printing house one hour after receiving the order from my customer. Processing time is from 2 to 8 days, but in practice it takes 2 to 3 days. Estimated shipping times are 2 to 5 days and each shipment can be tracked. Prints are shipped from Colorado. Paper and canvas prints are packed and sent in tubes. Wrapped canvases and metal prints are always boxed with protected corners.
Can you provide the prints for the international shipping?
Yes, I will send any size to any location, but I need to check the cost of shipping individually.
Can I request a custom print and what can be modified?
Yes of course. I can change color, color shade, proportions, put a dedication, sign it, you can take any number of prints from each set of prints. Write what you need and I am sure that I can meet your expectations.
What if the shipment is lost or damaged?
This happens very rarely, but if anything is damaged I immediately send you new prints. I will ask you for photos of defects or damages for the complaint letter to be placed in the printing house.
Do you accept returns and replacement for the items on sale?
Yes, but only for items that have defects or do not comply with the description. I will send you new prints or I will refund your money. If you just changed your mind, be quick, you have just one hour for the cancellation. After that, I will have to refuse the cancellation because all prints are made to order and once the order is placed in the printing house I will not be able to cancel that either.
